    I enjoyed the gorgeous pool area and expansive sauna. The luxurious bathroom was like a mini spa! The location was perfect for exploring local attractions. Highly recommend the relaxing vibe for couples.

    The hotel is luxurious with outstandingly helpful staff, breakfast is savoury, wonderful location in a lovely chilled area. The rooms are well-equipped and they have a safe box, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar. The bedroom is pretty nice...

    Water temperature inconsistencies are bothersome!!! The air conditioning needs an upgrade for humid nights!!! Public areas may require better cleanliness attention!!! Noise from other guests can disrupt the peaceful ambiance!!!

    A very nice hotel with flair in a very good location, close to the old city center of Warsaw. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are nice, clean and decorated with love. It has a mini bar in the room and additionally 2 bottles of water, offered by the hotel.

    The staff offered a genuinely attentive service, made a big difference. The spa area was a hidden gem. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh options that catered well to various tastes, such as the good organic juices that really stood out. Exploring the surrounding historical attractions was easily accessible.

    Though the cozy atmosphere was inviting, the air conditioning needed improvement for those humid nights.

    Pleasant hotel with excellent staff, has amazing location near to the big square. The customer service is great, they offer shuttle from the airport. Just keep in mind, there's parking in front of venue.

    The underground wellness complex is a highlight. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a diverse menu including a snack bar. On the downside, I found the international breakfast a bit lacking in local flair, and accommodation for special dietary needs could be improved. Despite a few small areas for improvement, the attentive staff was great, especially with our elderly relatives.

    Great location in Warsaw, away from the turmoil, but still close to everything within walking distance. Lovely courtyard to relax and unwind. Lobby very pleasant.

    Fittnes facilities were by the pool and sauna area, where it is clearly too warm for training.
